Bowline Marine was founded upon the belief that everyone should have access to reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient marine services. We have been in your shoes when looking for a marine service and found nothing to be up to the standard we would have expected, often leaving more confused and unsure about whether the services paid for were necessary for our requirements.
Similar to you, we were frustrated by the lack of support and information provided within the marine electronic and electric industry. We saw a need for a more effective service that could be trusted by customers, enabling you to walk away feeling happy and confident with the changes to your boat. We made it our mission to create a company that would be committed to providing the best products and services available.
Since 2018 we have worked on a variety of vessels all over the South of England with advice, supply and installation. We have become trusted in the industry and as a result have advised one of the biggest refit yards in the UK. Our goal continues to be to solve your boating problems and provide a service that exceeds your expectations.

Even though our team is highly skilled and experienced we make it our goal to always be up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends, and ways we can improve our service. We also dedicate our consultation time to making sure you understand your options and feel well informed throughout the process.

We know the feeling of not knowing whether you are being ripped off by suppliers and installers because you may not know the worth of the service in the first place. That’s part of the reason why we started Bowline, to alleviate this problem in the industry and make prices that are fair to our customer, because we truly believe building a boat doesn’t need to cost the earth.

Where we work
We are based in both the South and South-East of England, accommodating Essex, Suffolk, Kent, Berkshire and Hampshire.
With offices in both Essex and Southampton, we are able to cater to the surrounding areas and nearby marinas. However, if you have work further afield still reach out to our team to see if we can assist you.
